ive got an OT320 cell and i already inserted my sim card, but it says insert sim. what am i suppose to do? help anyone???

i think that my phone alcatel one touch 320 is stupid because you have hardly anything on it and you cannot save you messages either and you can't get many downloads for it which is really annoying and the battery doesn't last very long. And you can't change the optus logo on your phone to your own design because it won't let you and you can't find covers for it anywhere.

rintones volume is low, battery backup is low and no extra options is there. only it is only for just doing and accepting calls

alcatel 320 to me is a mistake. it loses service to my network provider at any given opportunity and it is always warning me about my battery even just after recharge. alcatel do something better next time!!

This is a basic phone for just making calls. It sells for about 2300 baht ($58US) in Thailand so don't expect such a bargain to do very much other than make phone calls.

Is the most stupid phone.
The font characters in the menu are too bold and very ugly.
Internet cannot work.
You can't download anything.
You can't change anything.
And the polyphonic melodies are a fake
because are not polyphonic. It's a fake.
DON'T BUY! DON'T BUY!

THIS IS SUCH AN ANNOYING PHONE!.u cant add new ringtones or screen savers! it doesnt even have a composer...i should of got another phone...alcatel wen r u going to bring out COVERS....U WILL SELL MORE IF YOU DO....PLEASE!!!!

Absolute setback for Alcatel! No ringtone composer, no sending phonebook thru sms, no internet on the phone, i think the ot 311 deserves better credit than this one.
