My alcatel OT 332's color screen went kaput three days after i bought it! It took almost 2 months for the phone to be fixed after i sent it to an alcatel service centre(the technician gave me the excuse that since the phone was new, its spare parts weren`t shipped yet!!!). I`ve had it for less than 6 months and the silver coloring on the rubber keypad has started to fade on the edges.I don`t make to many calls, all i did was keep it in my pocket. Btw, the only ringtones you can download are from the alcatel wap website(the url is set as the default in the phone). NO GPRS, no such thing as downloadable games support. Bottom line is, THIS PHONE SUCKS. I regretted my purchase!!

I find it hard though to acess and browse the menu... But overall, its a nice phone with nice colours...and small.
But if ur gonna get this 1, check out the OT535, eventhough theres no camera but more features than this and larger screen... Just add $20 from the OT332 price to get Ot535.
But still, i love this phone. Small, cute, and colourful.

Quite Good. There is a firmware bug as sounds often do not play fully when setting up msg. sounds. Is OK when changing Ring Tones though, and I don't think it happens when a real txt msg arrives. I'm trying to find out from Alcatel if this is a recognised problem.

It's a nice & cool phone. The only Thing is that there's no GPRS... However, this phone really rocks!!

Great little phone. Nice design, very light and excellent value for it's price.
Very easy to use, clear and loud sounds, nice ringtones. Perfect buy for the no-nonsense mobile phone user. Who cares about games, ... it's a phone right and a damn good one ! If you just want a light weight, nice and functional mobile go out and buy this one, you won't regret it. I even get jealous glimpses from my friends who stick to Nokia because it's suppose to be soooo much cooler ... suckers, I'll
