yes I can help u with infrared port! first u must install the phone like Alcatel OT565 in windows not like Standard IR modem, then u can install Alcatel Pc-suite 3 is the only that works with OT565

Can anyone help me? I downloaded the PCSuite from Alcatel webpage, I tried to run the setup.exe, but the phone does not connect through the infrared port, and the setup does not run. The infrared port of the PC works OK with other phones.

This is very good phone,i can recording the
music from hi-fi go to handphone..no need
to download by mms or cable...i also can use
this music for ring tone..he..he.easy..very
easy...i hope next time Alcatel can design
same this phone but big memory...
