Hello there!
I have a tiny little question. I have seen that on encoding H.263 you cannot get more than 15 FPS which is a bit annoying for the eye. Has anybody succeded in using any other format (even M-JPEG for example) to go over the 15 FPS limit? For example 25 FPS.

I bought this mobile phone on last saturday in Brussel. For 69€ I think this one is the best. But I'm dissapointed with the package(which bundle with Mobistar promo) because there isn't any earphone inside (while it's written on the box that it is inclusive). I just realized that at home. I called and come again on sunday but the response was not good. Some told me there isn't any earphone for this package. Some promised me that they will provide later on. I'll come again this friday to meet the manager in charge. If I can't get the earphone that day, I 'll ask my money back. It's a fraud! Be careful if you would like to buy this phone in Mobistar counter.

i recieved this phone yesturday, but it wont let me on to the main screen. i have pressed all the blue light up bottons and then tried the volume bottons. but i wont let me on, it just vibrates and does nothing. i have watched many vidoes on youtube to see how it work but it seems to show me exactly what the manual says. i couldnt posible be broke for its bran new. i cant even get on to calibrate it for i can't get the menu up. please help me.

Yea i got one of these phones in New Zealand, OMG really slow for texting and well slow for everything, and doesnt play mp4 videos.
looks cool, but not good performance

My phone is also really slow to play most java games - and the touch screen doesn't seem to work to well with them. I expect it's just a slow phone?
Also can't get video to work. I've tried encoding things to mp4 and gp3 - but neither worked. Do I have to do anything more specific than that?

My handset is really slow to load and play java games. Any games larger than around 400k just hang on loading. Is this the norm for the OT-708 or do I have a dodgy phone?
