Just after buying this phone, the phone and touch response was delayed. But I downloaded an update for the phone's software from their website, and now it works smoothly. I now update it from time to time, and it could only keep getting better. Be careful though when updating your phone, because one mistake and you might break it, you'll have to bring it to a repair centre to get it running again. You have to follow each step very carefully.

rash, 05 Jun 2011hey how 2 remove widgets from screen???? btw its a really n... moreto remove the widgets press on the widget for 4 seconds(long press) then it will appear the close sign and then you can remove it easily.

I want to update firmware of my phone via alacatel one touch suite.

Not sure with the other variants, but the OT-710D disappoints me. Touchscreen sensitivity isn't poor, it's horrible. You often have to press/drag hard. Texting will take forever. It's also very slow, lags when scrolling up/down, even on the menu, which pisses me because I thought this is a good music phone, but navigating through your songs is a very long, gruelling process. Pictures taken with the camera aren't good, I don't think it's really a 2MP camera. And Java apps don't run well here. I'll rate it a 5/10. But I gave my phone's software an update, and touch sensitivity improved a little. Still disappointing, though.

I own a mobile phone alcatel ot 710 for dual sim, the problem is that I received a message from internet configuration 2 or 3 times, now I see the icon of this message near signal operators, but I do find it in my inbox .....
also I don't find how to get the gsm are unitial state?
