I've used this once and sold it the next day. Its touch screen is not good, design in good though.

i was really disappointed with my alcatel 710 i bought from south africa in november.i took it to flight mode and it has been ever since it cant go into any mode apart from flight mode.hoe do i use such a beautiful but misbehaving phone?

My daughter has set the PIN on her phone but she now can't remember it so it cannot be used. Is there anyway of resetting this without knowing the PIN????

i experienced qwerty keypad on my cp unit last wek and i was amazed because it was not specified in the user's manual ....
then i reviewed a website, wherein NO QwErTY for this unit..
but how could that be?? i already experienced that QWERTY keypad

Now, No need to convert the video to 3GP format.
Just upgrade the phone to One touch 4.5 then it will play Mp4 format videos.

and install it in your computer and then
Set your system's firewall and anti-virus to allow one touch software i.e. add it in exception.
Switch of the phone.
press and hold the green key and then connect it to the computer via USB.
don't release the key until the computer displays that now you can release the key in green color. (this important)
next the software will install to your system
then it will ask you to disconnect your handset from computer.
again ask you to connect in the same way i.e. press and hold green key and then connect it to the system.
now the software will install to your handset.
the system will give step by step instruction.
