Hi,
My name is Mariana, i'm from México, i bougth a pink Alcatel OT800A on Telcel, I was looking something on line when i found the new version CROME and this version can open word, excel, ppt and pdf files. It's possible that muy alcatel can open this files too...???
I hope that you can help me, and sorry for my bad english.

It's ok folks,
I managed to work out that I needed to scna the files after I had dropped music onto the mobile.

I am trying to put music on to the mobile from my computer, when I look at the 'removable disk' all the music is there, but I can not then find it on the mobile, it will be something easy I know, but I just can not find how to do it.

Hi
i brought this phone two days ago, and im really happy with it. However I still cant manage to transfer pictures and musiv from my laptop to the phone. I put the usb port in and attach to phone i click on mass storage but nothing, it is not finding it on my laptop. I have installed the CD, but still nothing. Any suggestions?

This phone is amazin, hard to get my hands on one but now I have im so happy with it, once I get the email up and running im pretty confident it'll blow Blackberry away. Its weird getting use to the functions and the different names but once you do its plain sailing. TOP MARKS to Alcatel for such an amazing handset

this is a great phone it managed to get me away from Sony Erickson I've had 5 so far this does every thing they do but with a lot more class

Please help!,I like 2 load music either from Windows Media Player or Internet,but having problems in knowing how 2 load on phone.
Alcatel pc suite also loaded.

First of all thanks to all the nice reviews from the people that have the phone! Thank you for your enthousiasm and support, I hope the phone remain satisfactory.
