this mobile with its price is very good value for money, its weight is very light, and its screen is clear and nice, the option of two sim for basic use is OK, but you can not receive two calls on the same time. the wifi didn't worked for me so far, even though I tried harder. Alcatel website is not professional site, you can not find enough programs or help there, the design and finishing of the mobile is very very nice. the qwerty keypad is one of the best pads I ever seen, even better than the BB. if you are just looking to carry one mobile instead of two, and looking for light weight, thus this would be your set.

I used to play you tube videos, but they were played on GPRS network not on wifi, after I deactivated my GPRS I can't play you tube videos anymore. Does anyone know does this phone support skype?

Alcatel Ot-807 can open (max) 1600X1200 pixel image or less than 1600X1200 pixel! (with latest software)
(because tha Camera can capture maximum 2MPX=1600X1200,i think)
This is no size (in Bytes or Megabytes) limitation only pixel limitation!

i've just bought it today. it's quite cool . the touchscreen is sensitive & practical. it's many cool features.
disadvantages : low sound

hi everyone. i have this phone for the last 2 months and allthough i find it really great for it's price, i ve got a problem. the last 5-6 days i switch the wi-fi off, but after a while it switches on again on it;s own. i switch it off again,lock the screen, but after a few minutes here it goes again. does anyone know about this and how to fix it? thanks

if you're a heavy texter, expect the keypad in the alcatel to fade easily. nokia keeypads are generally more durale and long-lasting (except the plastic ones which easily get deformed/warped)
