HELP ME, 22 Mar 2012i download .jar file games from mobilerated.com and 4shared... moreyes i did, i informed it with alcatel and they replied that install games with .jar format, some games would install but won't work, i think it depends on the game downloaded.. but still i got plenty of games that works on my OT-813D, hope this helps..

There is a software updater "ONE TOUCH Upgrade 5.3.6" but I am able to use it to upgrade my OT 813D. Any suggesetions?

the phone has a software bug that after a while does not allow to send sms ... need to do reset back to return at work.No exists update. How do you solve?

mRadwan, 10 Jul 2012I bought the phone recently, so it is still new. I think... moreSorry to disappoint but i have mine for more than a year and the prints on the keypad still looks as good as new. As for the display its definitely superior to the cheap quality of samsung and nokia display in its price range.

1. do we have to select the sim every time while making calls, sending sms or do we have options like nokia where we can select sims for calls and message once in settings...
2. did u encoutered any issues with the software, can we update the software???
3. can we find pc suit for this mobile... many said tht its tough to find pc suite software and if we found, there is many issues with tht software...

I think the keypad should be erased after a certain duration such as any other printed keypad, but currently the keypad is shining.
I have no problem according to the display!
