take off ur phone then hold the power button and the volume up key to enter the menu then select wipe user data and wala ur phone is back to normal however u will lose all ur downloaded apps and personal data if u don't want to lose anything don't do it i had this problem with my onetouch 903 and i did and replaced all my apps by downloading it again hope this works please inform me if it doesn't

davyie rhyno, 09 Mar 2013Guess this smart phone is one of a kind bt am kinda confuse... morethe LG l4 gives you more processing power for the heavy multitasker(800mHz, 384 RAM, adreno 200) while sacrificing on the screen(125ppi).the OT918 gives a good screen(180 ppi)and has less processing power(650 mHz, 256 RAM, no GPU)so it depends on how you are going to use your phone
