DON'T BUY AN ALCATEL PHONE!!! I've just had my 4th phone delivered this morning and guess what, same fault. It shows no sim card no service. They really are rubbish!!!

hi everyone em also using this alcatel ot 990 . but the problem that arisis is that when the weather is to hot its touch automatically work open files, play music even i cant easil type the password . it camera also stop working android error forced close .... right now in messaging its 'P' and 'del' is not working .... this phone is totally a wreck

when the climate is hot and then i put my ot-990 under my pillow while i sleep, when i woke my phone is very hot and the battery is draining though i'm not using it. what do you think is the problem?? can someone help me to fix it??

its an incredible cell phone unless the short life battery, but unfortunately yesterday the phone was in my pocket then its locked & i typed the mail & password but no response, what shall i do

I liked this phone, but i also didn't like this phone, as a teenager i like to download games and songs, but there isn't enough space, the front facing camera is very bad and blurry not good for photo taking but the back camera was ok. I would never buy this phone again, its only good for people who don't really install apps and who don't care about the lag because it is very slow, some pictures turn out quite yellow, and i always read this one in reviews which says my battery charger is broken, mine didn't work after two days if you move the phone while its charging it stops charging and sometimes it doesn't work at all, i didn't bother buying a new charger i found another charger from an old phone that worked with it which was fine by me, another thing is, you can't find any case protectors for this phone anywhere which is very bad. Yeah i'd never buy this phone again.

hi i'm sandy and user of alcatel OT 990 i love this phone but i can't appreciate the mp3 player when i used to play a song my question how to play a song continuously.When i play a song after an 10 seconds the song automatically stop and i see the icon headset blink at the top cause of mp3 stop.

i'm having lots of problems with battery - it won't charge at all, or it won-t charge to the fullest, or it just shuts down while charging.
