I own the alcatel OT-991D When texts come in the phone just rings with the tone but does not vibrate....how do i set it to vibrate when texts come in??

poor performance
only 150 mb internal memory we cant install more application.

If you want to buy this phone and want to use apps like whatsapp, facebook, games, maps and stuff, you will have to root the phone to unlock the phone capabilities. What I mean by that is that the limited internal phone memoryis a huge letdown, but once you get your phone rooted, you can install link2sd which allows you to move you apps onto a partition on your SD card as if it was an extension of the internal memory.
