Dont cry! is a cheap phone but is amazing. if you have money buy iphone or galaxy. for any problems go to black market. if you battery is out in 1 day go to black market and install the apps . you want to buy the best technology whit xxx GB internal memory but you want to spend 1 $ .

I have a problem, not sure yet if it is a problem. see when loading apps black backgroung apears and right side of the sreen is darker than left side of the screen. that fact bothers me. please see on your device is it the same thing, if is not should I ask for replasement. please try indor or in the room with poor light condition

991D, operation guideance for users is not professional and simple like other brand Samsun & Nokia. Alcatel has same facilties competent to the market, but product use guide book is difficult and not celar and simple to understand and proceed.

Lol dudes satfu pls why u buy an alcatel phone if you don't like the brand lol... Btw this phone works well at this price... You want a phone like galaxy S3 with 89 euro rly... This phone is amazing for wi-fi and internet surfing, rly good to have it in my house ^_^
