By far, one of the worst phone i've ever had. Bluetooth connectivity is disappointing. 3G connection is unpredictable. It freezes for no reason at all. Playing games is a mess. Definitely, not a good buy.

owned this alcatel 993D for more than weeks.. it is a good phone after all and the built quality is solid. can play most of the games expect for high graphic ones. overall got it for cheap price and good thing is the battery can last 2-3days on average with normal sms and whatsapp. but one thing is rather disappointing is the wifi signal is not strong enough even its within nearby range.

I bought this mobile phone a few weeks ago and base on my observations this phone works great, it works powerfully no problems were encountered yet and at a very affordable price it's obvious that this phone really rocks.

i bought alcatel 993d on the december 2012 after using in 4 months it started to hang. when i turned it off on turned back on it only show ALCATEL ONE TOUCH MY WORLD IN ONE TOUCH and stays that way only. i tried to turned on and off but still same.

This is by far the WORST PHONE i ever owned! 4 months after owning it, this phone hangs and reboots during calls, and doesn't register missed calls. It mixes bluetooth connections and routes audio to where ever it feels like, and hangs up calls due to the phone application hanging on. I never owned a worst phone since the invention of cell phones!

i tried paring bb curve with ot 993 and it worked but when i tried sending the contacts from bb to to the alcatel it always said file failed , what can i do

Who would consider any PDA/ Smartphone without getting to see the SIZE of the RAM?
I don't know any specs listing anywhere who doesn't leave out one of the most important specification of a phone.

not bad for P8700 @ansons landmark...I so like this phone...at par with other phone with icream sandwich os!

bought ot993d last january and it was a steal. cheap but the performance is at par with high end phones. battery lasts for 8hrs, touch is fluid, call clarity is great.. only downside is screen dimness under sunlight.. but all in all its an 8/10.
