I have it for two days, and it is a very good phone (best for the money). I recommend to install Go Launcher or some other(more free RAM comparing to the default Launcher). So if you don't like to spend a lot of money for the phone, go for OT-995. I have only 2 cons.: light from the bottom of the phone is slightly visible on a when the screen is black and I have some impression that the scrolling is not perfectly smooth. Of course,some higher class phones like ONE X, Galaxy SIII, iPhone 4S might be better, butt they are 3 times more expensive than 995.

I have been using this phone for 1 week.
My previous phone was a HTC HD2 with Android 2.3.7 and the OT995 is the same as HD2. It is a good choice for an "everyday phone". It is good for internet, email, music, video (720p only), navigation, game, etc.
I think it is fast enough and last but not least it looks good.

i like this phone very nice nice internet experience very past and i like to play hd games or 3d games no log at all. and it has a big screen and most of all the price any one can afford it tnx alcatel

This is very good phone, much more better than HTC Decire C, One V, Xperia Arch S, LG Optimus L5.... I have this phone 3 mounths and i haven't any problems. This phone has problems with WI-FI conectivity only with Speedport routers from T-Home Macedonia, but only if wireless encription from router is in WPA2. If you change the wireless encription in router settings in WPA the problem is solved.

I bought this phone 3 months ago.last 3 weeks the phone turns off by itself and i cant turn it on from the switch on/off button.i must take the battery off and put it back again so that it will work.
I miss calls from that.
Does anyone know why this is happening and what can i do about it?

This is the reply I got from Alcatel costumer servive.
We have already set up plan to upgrade 995 to Android 4.0. But when will it be released and whether every 995 or just a part of 995 will be upgraded are not sure yet. Please keep an eye on our website upgrade:www.alcatelonetouch.com

Nice fon i bought this today using my credit card and its realy fast just the RAM when in using Onetouch luncher all of the RAM is using by the Luncher

I bought the handset in lastweek. But sometimes automatically restarting. sometimes Reconnect logo is coming. what is the problem. and also service center technician reinstall the software. still the handset is restarting automatically. how to resolve this.
