the phone is bad on battery
it go out quickly
if i play some thing the battery go out in 1 hour
if i use only for calling and receive call it go out quickly too

For who is asking about shooting video with flash.
Use software called lgcamera (LGCAMERA).
And set the esolution to 720 and in lash opion set it to Always flash.
You can also by this software save mpeg
And the camera is much way better than the Nokia you mentioned.

x, 24 Aug 2012the ram issues can be solved by switching from the alcatel ... moreI agree. I replaced the launcher with Zeam Launcher and now free RAM seldom goes below 100 whereas with the One Touch Launcher it was between 30-60 most of the time.
In one forum (I forgot which one) they think random reboots/BSOD experienced by some users may be caused by the OT Launcher.

Very low SAR value, which is half of the mojor brands, and price is also 40% that of other brands. Great phone. Low SAR means, lowest radiation, that again means, very low head-ache, those who are allerginc t radiation issues from mobile. Too good.

the ram issues can be solved by switching from the alcatel louncher to the default android. before 50 mb free, after 150 mb free

The leftout thing was to change the SIM (vodafone). I changed it & now its working fine without restarts. Its a good phone worth the money, except for the RAM. Only some 50 to 60 MB are available so sometimes hangs during gaming. But still I like this phone

aspasia, 13 Aug 2012I'm also experiencing same problem (random restart problem)... moreI too had restart problems with this phone. Following things i tried out at service centre.1. Software update; 2.memory card changed 3. Factory reset 4. Finally mother board changed. The problem didn't stp here. Finally i changed the sim card itself. Then the restart problem stopped. But still it has some issues with RAM
