Vista is sadly not suported (yet), but a card reader and place the files you want on your memory card through that, that will work fine! Card readers are really cheap now, they come as small key ring sized devices (almost like a usb stick) for under 10 €.

Great phone it states you can play mp3 songs when the phone is in its closed position by using the external buttons but I can only play the one song how do you get it to proceed to the next song automatically manual does not seem to mention this setup

Please,people tell me did you get earphones with 3,5mm jack with phone?I seen on internet some pictures of black c701 with earphones and there is 3,5mm jack,and i can read "music mobile by alcatel" on them!?I have blue c701 and i get simple earphones without 3,5mm jack!And here in Montenegro i cant find to buy earphones with 3,5mm jack.Please answer me!AND SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH!

yes i turn up volum but its stil low!when i talk i can hear myself!my friend alsow have this phone and its same!i cant compare it with my mp3 player this is very low comparing to mp3!do you have 3,5mm jack on your earpones i dont have it!sorry for my english,i hope you understand me?

Excellent!! i love this phone! i especially love these features:
-The USB lead, rare for phones, which is really good because i can put my multimedia on my phone quickly and easily
-The quality of the mp3: its brilliant! i sold my mp3! just add a memory card and you're away!
-Video: its rare to get a video and photo phone for so cheap!
In general, this phone is really good and i would reccomend it to friends

As far as I know the Alcatel E805 headset is included which has a built in volume control a 3.5 mm jack plug and a handsfree function (corded with microphone built in).

Maybe it depends upon the country this model is sold. Here in the Philippines it is only OT-E801 alike headset is included, the one mini usb plug on the other end. But we have the option to buy OT C825 headset where there is a standard headset jack.
