You can download the phones software on www.tcl-ta.com. Select the model and then choose the software which you would like to download, including patches.
Also I hear some people asking for drivers of the phone, the phone should not need a driver... it should be recognised as a flash disk by windows XP.

you can have pc suite from www.tctmobile.com this is the sait of alcatel you must only find your phone and have the program

this celphone is very cool:)
btw hi all...any one help for me regarding the activation of GPRS and MMS...:) i went already to sim provider and said to me they cannot activate cuz they cannot not find the IP of this celphones...any help will be welcome thanks to all and have a nice day

i got this phone last oct.20 and so far am loving it. i got it for only Php 6,990 with 2 years warranty and i've already tried it as a webcam and i've just downloaded a full movie using a 3gp converter from http://www.movie2x.com/movie2x-3gp-converter.html for free. Before that, i tried converting an avi file into mp4 but it didn't work so i resorted converting it to 3gp.the camera is not that bad though although there is no flash/light unlike my old phone but this phone is fully packed with features that other brands with the same price don't have.

Guys, the new Alcatel PC Suite V6.2.9 is out, and it's much improved and had added new features. Plus, less typo errors. Can download from My-onetouch.com

well the phone is good interms of memory 2gigs micro sd & it will not hang up not like other phones. the price is cheap Php.699 only but u hav 2 buy microsd. Use xilisoft or yasavideo converter for your mp4 & 3gp videos. The only problem is it does have no flash and no FM radio but its still cool. Guys were can I buy the fiber plastic protective casing for this unit here in the phils.tnx.....
