Buy Mp3 disc. insert it inside the CD ROM. Plug your alcatel 801 usb plug at the usb port and go to settings of Cellphone and select activate. OPen my computer and click removable disk. if you see inside the mp3 folder which is the destination of your mp3. Copy from mp3 disc your music you want and paste it to mp3 folder. after you copy and paste it. put your mouse to taskbar and click removed USB mass storage, then unplug the usb, presto you have your mp3 in your phone.

I´ve bought it also, and i can't be more satisfied(only the headphones don't really fit good in ears, but that don't bother me much). It cost me 2290 Czech Crowns (that's about 100 dollars).

it's true that you can't play mp3's on speaker, you can play them only on headphones?

The OT-805 is exactly like the OT-E801. Music can just be played throught the headphones. It seems there are many OT-E805 without the option "create a sms" on it. Not very good quality...

btw, I said "G:/mp3...", but the drive letter can change, of course.

Anyone knows why my files get shuffled when I see the list on the phone? I don't mean when I play the songs (that would be that the Shuffle option is ON, duh...), but when I see the list in the Music Player (therefore, it shuffles when playing) :/
[If anyone understands what I say, it would be a miracle]

(unnamed): probably you are putting your mp3's like G:/mp3/(subfolder). Well, erase that subfolder, and just paste the mp3's in the "mp3" folder, and it should recognize them just fine. Another thing, certain files, ripped with iTunes (eg: ACC) won't play.
Yet another thing, the lack of web browser is killing me :@

mircea: no problem =D glad to help
and the biggest SD, as Knight said, is 2 Gb (i'm getting one next week ^_^)

Backlights are not present as the buttons on the side are SOLID buttons. The biggest memory card supported is 2gb microSD.
