The phone is great, for its price. I mean..you can't expect that it is a really great phone.
I think it's a shame that it isn't possible to play music through the speakers. And I also find that the speaker volume, when calling, is very low, or is that just my phone? And you can't store many messages, just a few.

Hi, I'm having trouble with the USB cable on my phone. When I try to connect it to my PC, it says that part of the softwear has 'malfunctioned', and Windows cannot run it. The screen on the phone itself does not come off the 'USB Connecting! Cannot play music now!' message. The memory card is too small for the slot on my laptop - can anyone help me? Thanks. :-)

people are you serios. my e801 is in service and I didn't complain. the model works fine. it's very easy to put software on it. what do you want more in that package? a brain. after you connect the usb cable to the phone and computer go to menu > settings > usb connection. a window will pop up with the folder "mp3". drag and drop your music there (mp3 files in the mp3 folder, doooh). unplug your phone and magic... you will be able to listen music through the headphones. if you don't succeed... STOP USING MOBILE PHONES.

ok- basically- this phone comes with no conversion software- so u hav to just drag and drop .mp3s. ALSO you cannot play your music throught the speakker - u need to listen to it through the headphones. and you cant add/make custom ringtones.

According to reviews, this phone is capable of using MP3 as ringtones if you cut out a section for roughly 20 seconds. I have tried this and it doesnt work. I cut a clip of about 21 seconds then put it on the phone, but it wasnt there. Also the controls for it have been badly translated and it is quite difficult to use.... You just have to guess what they do.

this phone uses the micro usb socket (muff,thimble- same as digital photo cameras), you have to go to a store that sells mobile phones and accesories (not necessarily t-mobile) and ask for earphones that are on micro usb. so far I saw original motorola earphones made for v360 which I think you could find at germanos (if you have one), be careful: there are some samsung models which aparently look like micro usb but if you look better they are oval not trapezoidal.

Got this phone today and what can i say? its absolutley brilliant! The sound through the supplied headphones is fantastic and loud! The screen is bright and full of colour and the keypad backlighting is great. This phone is very small and very pocketable. Also my version came with a 512mb Micro SD card and i had no problems at all putting music on it! This phone is great and i only paid £25 for it!
Its a great phone for a great price....
