Hi My phone switches off in my pocket and wont start again unless I plug it into power even tho it still has plenty of power . also wont answer when I swipe the screen most times. Any ideas ?

i am unable to phone, text or whats up because my phone has the option of telling every function i touch on the phone. How will i remove that option. Before my phone was working perfectly well.

I bought this phone about a year ago .I have never been so inlove with my mobile before its got everything you need in a phone. Except for the photo quality but with the effects it does not matter.I dont need an R150000 phone the Pixi 2 is all I need.I simply love my Alcatel Pixi 2
