Did u have any luck with it. I have a recording also that I so desperately need off my device but can't get it to charge.
Any advice or where I can go to get it fixed?

i still have this. and it's still working after being turned off and unused for about 5 yrs. funny thing is i was forced to look for a temporary phone when i broke my pixel's screen this wk. >

My first android phone. Still working in 2023. Main camera is blurry and power buttons are broken but I can use a toothpick to turn on. I can still call and text. Phone is very slow now when installing apps.

used it once - next time I tried to use it the screen was black. took it in for service and was told there was water damage???? from sitting in my closet???? never was able to get screen working but there is life in the phone - very frustrating

I have this 'phone, but not much longer. It has survived being thrown across the floor a few times where I have thrown it in frustration. Go to make a call or text and all these games come up. Now it keeps saying 'the memory is full'. I have deleted all photos and all my whatsapp messages and it still saying memory is full. I give up. In the skip now, buying a proper mobile tomorrow. I am only using the 'phone for texts, the odd 'phone call and whatsapp.

Up to this day, despite being slow and having no redeeming qualities, it is still working and somehow managed to outlive pretty much unscathered almost 5 years of harsh use conditions, it has survived many drops and even drowning but somehow it is working despite all of that.
So far it works just for communication and the usual web browsing and youtube usage, forget about gaming on this thing, even at launch it could barely work like that.

Avoid this phone at all costs. With only 512 MB of RAM and a 1.0 Ghz Dual Core processor it's a source of frustration to any user. It's painfully slow, even when you root it, you press anything and have to wait 10 or 20 seconds to get a response from the screen. Plus it never received the planned upgrade to Android 5.0 Lollipop. Alcatel, which is a brand of TCL China, is well known for deceiving customers, even bundling malware and adware in their phones. Avoid ANY phone from Alcatel or TCL. I don't know how this phone behaves with a custom ROM but, given that the specs are so poor, if it can't run stock Android 4.4 properly you can be sure it will struggle to run pretty much anything.

I tried to record a call that I received and I got it ... Now I need to know where to locate the audio file of that call and that I can not do it. It's an alcatel onetouch pixi 3 (4).

First thing to come up is ... moreThe only way to get out of safe mode on a Alcatel pixi 3(4) is to do a hard reset, press the power button and volume up at the same time and a sub menu will appear, go down to hard reset and press yes and the phone will reset itself to "Factory settings" But make sure all your stuff is backed up first ! I've had my Alcatel pixi 3(4) for 18 months now and l truly Hate the piece of crap!

Horrible! Everything went crazy. First thing to come up is camera. Called tech support. They re-started it-lost all my data. Got it put back in and wrong #'s popping up on contacts. Can't hang up while it's dialing-no "phone" showing to hang it up. Then it went into "SAFE MODE", CAN'T find out how to get out, and no tech support on week-ends or after hours!!! Anyone know how to get out of "safe mode"??
