since getting this phone i cant use it. cant remove emergency calls only even tho i have credit and data package bought for this phone. have it only a few days but seriously thinking of selling it on as its of no use to me if i cant make calls on it

Don't buy this phone, don't even accept one for free. I promise you, the lag can be up to 15 seconds using apps and keyboard. I guarantee you will be filled with evil and furious anger if you have to rely on this plastic piece of annoying crap. Trust me please.

I just wish I had bought the Wiko phone instead. I HATE this phone! It sucks completely. I bought it based on Alcatel's promise (clearly announced next to the phone on the store) to upgrade to Android 5.0 Lollipop (which Alcatel NEVER did, making them LIARS and deceivers of their customers, and because it has a removable battery. OMG! I'm regretting that move till this day... After 1 and a half year, the KingoAndroidRoot apk was able to root it, so at least that. A friend of mine had one Alcatel One Touch but with much better specs than this and after 3 years her phone just died. Yeah that's right: Alcatel products SUCK!
Just DON'T BUY anything with the Alcatel brand on it. Specially this piece of crap phone.

This is a cheap phone and expectations should not be high. Having said that, I really like it. I bought it as a stop-gap measure when my Samsung went missing and don't regret it. THe basic screens are really easy to navigate. Battery life is a couple of days if you are not using it too much, touch pad easy to use. The only thing that is slow. If all you want is a handheld to make phone calls, tap into the internet and take the occasional photo it's great. Now that I have my Samsung back, I've chosen to keep using the pixi 3. I'm so sick of running out of battery!

After having this phone for six months and rarely using it for calls and do not go on the internet ,I basically only text with it ,the battery doesn't keep its charge for more than two days .I have called the company four times and each time they are going to send me a new battery ,it has been four months since my first call and and still no battery .Every call is the same ,they verify my address and tell me I will receive a battery in 7-10 business days .Needless to say I do not recommend this phone or this company

OK , so my friend still uses this phone after 2 years and very rare it closes at 90% battery life.The touchscreen is the same - horrible and very unresponsive (what to except from a TFT).He hates the internal storage - 2GB is too less for him.I think the rating should be about 7/10.

The phone works pretty ok but the touchscreen is terrible.If you want a phone to draw , get a Note 5 (Don't get the 7 cuz that one explodes)
However , his phone runs pretty fast in my friend's smartphone (probably luck) but after 2 years of use sometimes it closes.

Andrea , 27 Nov 2016I agree and I can't delete contacts that's on the phoneThe Alcatel pixi 3(4) is the 1st Android phone I've owned and l can't say it's been a great introduction! This email phone feels cheap and works like a cheap phone! But for some(myself included) the more expensive so called smart phones are out of reach so I'm stuck with the way pixi-3 for the time being! Grrrrr

Anytime that I get a Cellphone, I just download an app for Flashlight as there are so many great apps for that for Android Cellphones. :D

Really bad choice. Very slow with simple tasks. The service already changed it's motherboard because it was faulty (under 20% battery it kept dropping 1% per second until it closed) It worked for about a month and the same happens again. I am too bored to spend another hour dealing with the shop I bought it and wanting refund for 50€. Just don't buy it if you want use of phone, sms, viber and facebook. Not worth your broken nerves

This is a great little phone (offered by Safelink Wireless in California--the famed "Obama Phone") compared to the Coolpad 3300a (another "Obama Phone") that Assurance Wireless offers. Even though the specs of the Pixi 3 and the Coolpad 3300a are nearly identical, the quality of the Pixi 3 is much better. The Pixi 3 is much more responsive, the camera (2MP just like the Coolpad) is of higher quality, and it includes some features not found in the Coolpad 3300a, such as GPS and an FM radio; in all it's just a snappier phone. I could tell the difference between the two right away.
The only thing I dislike about the Pixi 3 is the size. It's smaller than the Coolpad 3300a by about 1/2", but what it lacks in size the Pixi 3 makes up for in quality.
Anyway, you can't beat free ;)
