Can't text properly without having to c... morei like the phone thats it, only the look, my desktop apps have changed to tiny apps??? when i come off one app im on 6 other apps after that, "exmp" if i go on fb and have finished im then on my messenger click off that then its my contacts, then who ive rang then google??? my keybord always wants to type all the letters around the actual letter im typing my 'm' delets all the time my space bar is spaced out and only works after pushing a few times and clicking away the change language!?! wt is this???? i cant wait to get a new one, i baught this one cos the size bigger was too big for me and all of my sim contacts were gone!i live in another land so not easy to get them all back if at all, my family and old friends mostly, so to lose all my numbers was devistating. When i heard i cant get them back! what a piece of beep! what would normaly take me 5 mins to type has now taken me 30! what a joke never again! what can i do?

Camera is very poor quality and does not focus well, especially at close range. Phone is laggy even with bare-bones setup. I find it lagging often when using the keypad, switching to certain different keypads helps. Im not a fan, but not sure what better options there are in the 80$ ish price range.

I got the Alcatel pixi 3 ask around April 2016 and it has been so so sometimes it just disconnect by itself , it is difficult to answer but you can't call out alright the clarity is good not the fastest but it's okay dr. Recently what it is doing on its own was its dialing numbers at random out of my contacts at all hours including night time which is annoying the heck out of my friends.
So now here we are September 19 and I have not been able to use the phone since Thursday or Friday the screen would sometimes Flash White... And now I am unable to turn it on, at first I thought it was the charger so I have used a different charger and that does not seem to be the problem I have not called Net10 and they are shipping out a new battery and charger hope this will take care of the problem will keep you posted... without a cell phone and unhappy in Montebello

A huge amount of scrolling data has appeared to the right hand side of the screen and, despite trying everything, I cannot get rid of it. Don't know how it suddenly started but it's not moving. Any ideas anyone?

AnonD-582812, 09 Sep 2016It's not the worst phone but I am frustrated by the fact th... moreI had this problem and solved it. The fault is that the stupid OS actually thinks that the memory card is the internal memory and vice versa so you have to tell it to do the opposite of what you want.
Set the default storage to "Phone Storage" and it will suddenly work. You wouldn't believe it, but it's true. Infuriating!

It's not the worst phone but I am frustrated by the fact that even though I save stuff to my memory card, most apps still take up quiet a lot of phone memory so I can't install very many apps which is annoying

nup its wrong it is not android 4.4.2 kitkat its actually android lollipop 5.1

I honestly don't find it overly to bad iv had worse but a few things that I've noticed is that the camera quality ain't the best and its a bit slow by times other than that its a great phone

The most pathetic phone. You can't even edit a contact number. Its a waste. Please do not buy. Spend some extra money and buy better.

Alcatel one touch pixie 4.4 is an inferior quality phone for any price. The texting system does not sense the correct letters or numbers and makes it impossible to text a whole sentence in less than 10 minutes.

Before you buy the phone you were informed about the specifications of the phone, but you're wanted for a little money to have a better performance, means should you have to choose a better model that costs more money and not now criticizing unnecessarily.

Don't trust Alcatel ! What sort of company puts out a phone without a COMPASS and fails to tell consumers? It's like putting out a car without a steering wheel.
Also:
- so little storage you will run out of space in a week or so
- you can't transfer many apps to SD card
- slow
I will never buy from Alcatel again because clearly you can't trust them.
