my phone is an alctel pixi 3.5 it has poor camera quality it has no storage spacescreen is small and one little hint: never ever ever buy alcatel pixi 3.5 onetouch and no flip cam!!!

I bought this phone 3 months back..Camera quality is worst...fluent UI and no bloatware..but the biggest drawback is built quality...despite using it with care and a case, the body is getting cracks and bazel is deforming..even back panel got broken at latch points.

if the phone does things by himself or improperly then the problem is you're infected with the virus if you installed a game which is of unknown origin or phone was hit and suffered damage inside. but according to what you wrote can see that you're still a boy and threatening the lawsuit in the wrong place, this is a place where everyone leaves a comment to taste this is not an official Alcatel address, it is best to complain at your retailer or authorized service in your city. If the phone is not hit, then try to install ''CM Security'' from the ''play store'' and run the install program to get rid of the virus.

Everything is good exsp... moreBattery consumption depends on the applications you have installed on the phone and working in the background even if you do not use the phone. such as; facebook instagram messenger, etc and if you delete these apps and use them through the browser , thus saving up to 40% of the battery (day)life .
display put on minimum brightness and wi - fi, bluetooth, use it when you need.
but how to charge mobile phone battery;
li -ion batteries work better when you are not used to the end 0%,but most to 25 % and then put the battery to charge75-90% , ( why?)
lithium-ion batteries have a rated lifetime of somewhere between 500 and 1,500 charge cycles.
so if it reach 100% or less then 25% then it lose 1 cycle.(the user runs it down all the way to zero before recharging) can degrade to 70 percent of its original capacity in 300-500 cycles
With a DoD of 25 percent, where the user plugs it in as soon as it gets to 75 percent remain, that same battery could be charged up to 2,500 times before it starts to seriously degrade.
Charge a little bit whenever you can.
Lithium-ion batteries don't respond well to being charged all the way up and then run all the way down. They take much better to little bits of charge here and there.
What's far more dangerous to a battery's well-being is heat. Lithium-ion batteries despise heat.

I bought this phone two weeks ago. Everything is good exspect for the batery. Its draing so fast. In less than 30 minutes it goes off more than 20%. Does anyone know whats the problem and how can i fix it.

The phone dose things different than what I want it to do so I am asking alcatel to send me a new phone as a good will jestur before i take it further I have contacted you many times and have had no contact form you, s so I hope you can sort me a new one or I am going to contact ur head office again then my lawyer to start legal proceedings against you. I am from Canada, this is a BUDGET phone. You get what you pay for. I am concerned about poor battery life, my previous Alcatel had longer. Likely will just buy a spare battery like I had for the old phone. Fast and 4G is great.
