I got a different question to anyone who bought this phone... I bought this phone yesterday from walmart, and don't have any major complaints about it yet, Im having mostly the same issues as everyone else here, but for only 20 bucks I feel like I got an OK deal. However, when I opened the box, I was disappointed to see that the charger that came with it was only a wall outlet charger, no USB cable. At first I thought Oh Well, I didn't look close at the package to see what kind of charger it came with, and honestly it wouldn't have effected my decision to buy the phone anyways, but when I got home and looked at the box it says included with the phone, battery and quick start guide was a USB Cable & Charger. Now I'm kinda pissed and I'm not sure what I want to do. I'm happy with the phone and don't want to return it, it has been kind of a pain in the ass already not having a data cord to connect it to my computers, but normally I would deal with it, I think you can get one of those cords at 7-11 for a dollar. So I'd never normally bitch about something like this, but seeing how according to the box I was actually supposed to get one of those cords, I'm kinda feeling like I got ripped off... It wasn't a big deal to me when I first opened the box, but if the box clearly says that a USB cable is included, and it's not, big deal or not, that's straight up false advertising.
So has this happened to anyone else? Anyone got any suggestions? I kinda doubt walmart or alcatel is gonna worry about giving me USB cable by itself to go along with the phone I bought. I still got the receipt and could go swap my phone for another, but is that really worth the trouble, especially when I have no way of knowing if that replacement phone is even gonna have that cord or not until it's out of the box... Im sure the box will say it will have one, just like the one I already have did, but we wont know for sure until its opened. And if it doesn't then I'll be in the same spot I am now, and the hassle of getting the phone exchanged will have been for nothing.
So any suggestions or advice would be appreciated, tell me what you would do. And if you think I should quit bitching about something so minor and just go buy a USB cable, you can tell me that too.
Thanks

The phone is good for a budget phone. The battery last up to 6 hours on 3G and on constant usage. It can maintain your battery reserve a whole day plus more ifbu only use it for calls and messages. I love the phone especially it's fast and don't lag and its has a wider screen. Buy it if you want a budget phone. I wish i can use this phone for a year.

Display looks awfull, you can se pixels. Viewing angles sucks. Camera is average, lack of autofocus gives alot of trouble when you are trying to take a photo. Colors in photos looks washed out. It's soooo hard to take off the cover when you want to chahnge SIM or micro SD. Battery acts weird... when you empty it to 17%, the remaining 17% drains in just a few secods.

li -ion batteries work better when you are not used to the end 0%,but most to 25 % and then put the battery to charge75-90% , ( why?)
lithium-ion batteries have a rated lifetime of somewhere between 500 and 1,500 charge cycles.
so if it reach 100% or less then 25% then it lose 1 cycle.(the user runs it down all the way to zero before recharging) can degrade to 70 percent of its original capacity in 300-500 cycles
With a DoD of 25 percent, where the user plugs it in as soon as it gets to 75 percent remain, that same battery could be charged up to 2,500 times before it starts to seriously degrade.
Charge a little bit whenever you can.
Lithium-ion batteries don't respond well to being charged all the way up and then run all the way down. They take much better to little bits of charge here and there.
What's far more dangerous to a battery's well-being is heat. Lithium-ion batteries despise heat.
Battery consumption depends on the applications you have installed on the phone and working in the background even if you do not use the phone. such as; facebook instagram messenger if you delete these apps and use them through the browser , thus saving up to 40% of the battery (day)life , the display put on minimum brightness and wi - fi, bluetooth, use it when you need.

Battery started losing its charge, now won't hold a charge overnight, charged faster using USB game and TV port, won't charge even 5% overnight when plugging into an electric wall socket. I've tried various wall chargers and same thing. So could it be the battery is dying? I have only had this phone 4 months.

The only drawback that I have found on the phone is that when you reach the 15% battery is discharged 1% every 5 seconds.

I've already changed it twice and it's the same problem.

Has anyone else had the same thing?
