I am trying to open things and it keeps coming up I need to allow permission. I am then going into the correct bit and allow wing permission and it's still not working I am about to lainch the phone!!!!!!!! Please someone help!!!!!!👏👏👏👏👏

I cant connect to any wifi anywhere on my phone anymore .. i know its the phone because i experimented in mcdonalds and my friends house a few times where my older phone could connect to wifi but the alcatel cant anymore it just says "saved" or " authentication problem" I cant even get free wifi at mcdonalds so if someone knows any solution besides "its my phone" please.
