This is a great tablet in fact am trying to get a second one. Vivid display, battery life Last long, very light, good camera on bright light, very fast. Recommended for buy.

Ale villegas, 26 Dec 2016What did you do? I have the same problemAlcatel support tell to download the software update (only for this model) of their official page in my PC, this software do a reset to the tablet (you will lost all your data) so you must your battery full charged.
This solves the vídeo web color problem.

I bought this model, the only problem that I have when I play videos in Youtube, Facebook, Netflix, etc. The color of the video blinks to gray tone.
The problem doesn´t presente when is playing video from the internal or external memory.
Anyone have this problem?
