My son erased all his phone numbers and fb stuff now theres just a blank screen with '=>FASTBOOT mode...' written in tiny letters at bottom left of screen.
How do i get a normal screen?

I think it is not 1 GB ram ever never ...I contact with customer service told them i get this phone 2 month ago ...they told me it need software
take care before buy this phone , because I think it is good specs but really it is very bad

I ordered this phone from Consumer Cellular and the sound on calls is so low that I can barely hear it when sound volume level is as high as it will go. I got a second phone and it has the same problem! Very defective!
