I havent had this for very long. I am disappointed because the damn screen is either unresponsive or has a mind of its own. Is there a reason for this? What can I do?

I got this for $40 and pay $10+ / month on my plan.
Amaxingly slow and only 4Gb, and can't update my dictionary to fix typos.
