worst phone ever i have had it for a year, already had to reset twice once because it was too slow the second cause it kept on crashing, i keep on receving the same textts,and now i cant download anything from the play store so i tried to download other downloading apps like aptoide but even they cant install i cant send texts either which leaves its only functionality to being taking pictures and calling people

until the screen lights up to boot the device with recovery mode ,
and then press volume up\down key to select the ''wipe data factory reset''.
this will erase all personal data from internal storage,
and start as when it was new

FOR ALL YOU WHO THINK THAT YOUR PHONE IS NOT GOOD
It was actually infected with a ' ' virus ' '
It keeps on restarting by itself .
it downloads porn stuff
they keep getting the same msg
irritating pop ups of all applications
THURN OFF AND ON WI - FI by itself
And many other things
It's a sign he has the virus
And there is no salvation , only INSTALLING NEW SOFTWARE
Solves this problem . IT CAN NOT YOU TO DISCOVER WITH
Antivirus. BECAUSE YOU ARE DONE TO -- ROOT-- YOUR PHONE
AND SO ARE OPEN DOORS FOR ENTRY OF VIRUSES
AND DOWNLOAD suspicious applications that hide VIRUSES , wanting to let the phone be better, you have made bricks

Pls help my alcatel pop c5 is crazyy it downloads porn stuff on its own and restarts aline and its crazy and advertismentss and porn ones go after me even on home page I didn't install anything new or did something special before this happens as I tried to restore and wipe the phone to its factory setting for about 20 times srsly plss help me otherwise its great but please advice me what to do!!! I deleted every single thing downloaded and did everything possible pls contact me on john606@hotmail.co.uk plss help and put me in ur mind I cant live!! Whenever I open it I see inappropiate views or advertisments from nowhere and no applicatuon or refreshes its own as aplications close their own I feel I'm not the user I didnt download anything suspicious or opened any virused link I'm sure of this pls helppppp and remember me for gods sake pls :( u can't imagine my life I'm in this. For 2 months now thanks for reading and waiting for your letter pls don't forget me!!!
