Its a great phone and its fast and can take alought of damage especially to the screen but something really pissed me of about this phone it cant play any big hd games without lagging or force closing i mean who makes such an attractive well built phone without the abillity to play games on it because of its terrible ram anyway its a really great phone if u love social networks and browsing fast with no lags but not for gamers

My Alcatel pop c5 has fallen several times, a car's tyre passed on top of it and it still works perfectly well. This phone is just amazing.

This phone is very good for rough users like me.. My alcatel pop c5 has fallen to floor on several time. But no damage. I love my phone. Im using it more than one year. Not good for gamers. The ram of this phone is low. When i touch the call history button i have to wait for see the contact. It take so much time to show call history and messages.

The slowest phone ever. Can't access sites quickly. Goes into a crazy mode and reverses it's programmes itself. e.g. click on something but it will take you back to the previous page. Can't stay on links from another web. Can not deal with adblockers and so refuses to work with adblockers. duh!! why did I invest in such a piece of junk BUT can't buy another one cause moneys gone in this junk already. stuck with it for a while.

I got this phone a few months ago as a gift and we had no issues with it. The camera is not the greatest and as long as you keep in mind it's limitations due to 512Mb of RAM, this phone gets the job done. Sound quality was good, even on VOIP calls, Screen is nice. plays music and videos. WiFi is also stable. You can long press the bottom right touch-button which brings up the running apps and you can just stop them by closing unnecessary running apps, this way your phone will not slow down! If you are a hard-core gamer, look elsewhere or spend more money on a flagship phone.

I've been using pop c5 for over a year now. Unfortunately, this phone is not user friendly. The signal poor and the system is slow. The device is most of the time lagging. I certainly not gonna recommend pop c5.
