bel, 10 Aug 2015My mobile data us not working,even its on,always offline dw... morebel, if you use postpaid , so now you have switched to prepaid , or vice versa , then you need to change your settings , go to settings , more, mobile networks, access point names , name , and here and enter the name of your operator for postpaid - (for example, ( ONE internet ) for prepaid ( ppinternet ) .and then wait for approximately 2 minutes , and turn the data connection . If you're not sure then go to the nearest store your operator for assistance .

i have my problem with my phone and I don't know what should I do because my phone was hanging then switch off and I cannot' use it. I tried the hard reset but there's no used.

jey, 26 Jul 2015Not really a good phone. Been using it for more than a year... more if your model come with 512 mb of ram then it is posible, but my c-7 is .7041x and it come with 1gb of ram , and after 14 month, of use it working like new .
internet connection is fantastic , and touch works well and responds exactly as it should be , the only thing that is not good on this phone it is a front camera, which is very bad , but I do not need it , it for the girls ,because everything else is very good and I am very well satisfied.

Not really a good phone. Been using it for more than a year and it is really laggy and apps tend to stop working....
