guys could you please tell me what are the problems that faced you in using this phone, i have seen much people complaining that the touch screen doesn't work properly after a short duration of buying the phone. i intend to buy the phone but i see a high risk in buying it as a result of the many things that don't work properly due to low material quality. please help me

I bought alcatel pop C7 on 12 May 2014 and its start lagging after week i already doing my best not to download unnecessary apps but its still lagging how can i fix this problem?

I'm having trouble with my Alcatel Pop C7. While i'm reading my ebook, the softkeys were keep on responding and appearing shortcuts options (apps,wallpaper,manage applications,settings). What do you think i have to do? Thanks!

I bought this phone on 13th March 2014 and the touch pad stopped working on 18th April 2014,Phone given on repairs on 19th after that nearly a month phones not come back, Alcatel after sale service is pathatic as well the phone start giving problem so fast i would never anybody to to buy phone from this company.

how to preview shots from the camera immediately without going to gallery? i tried to swipe it to the left while in the camera mode but the recent shot photos does not shows. as well as in the gallery. please help.
