hold down the volume up key and press power key at same time
until the screen lights up to boot the device with recovery mode ,
and then press volume up\down to select the wipe data factory reset.
this will erase all personal data from internal storage.
also you have tutorial video on youtube ;HARD RESET ALCATEL POP C9
Warning : this operation resets the phone to factory setting and erases all personal data , pictures mp3 etc.

Anonymous, 24 Jul 2015Just bought it. No you can't remove the battery.you can exchange the battery only in an authorized service center. So that's a problem for these models , because the C- 7 model is better

Somethings wrong with this phone, It keeps on restarting over and over again! I just bought this phone last july 21st and it seems that theres something wrong with it or maybe with the battery because even if itos fully charged still keeps on restarting and it comes to a point that i need to hardly press the power button a lot of times to turn it back on!! This pisses me off!!please if someone knows other solution rather than bringing it to alcatel service center please share it..will be appreciated a lot!

This is my old phone i loved it ..
If you want strong phone with strong battery which can live for 2 days get this phone .. But the camera is not good either the back or front and i didn't like its shape
