Everything was fine about my pop c9 but my problem is I dont know how to add or remove homepage or homescreen whatsoever I want to organize my phone,do anybody know if I can add or remove homepages?

The internal memory is 4GB BUT 2GB for user and 2GB for system (android).
means your phone memory is full , with applications , or video, or images etc. buy a data card , its 5eur 8GB and transferred all your data to sd-card to release internal memory . after the phone will be working like new. or just a free internal memory , so delete anything you do not need or transferred to your PC. your phone is great and do not worry just do this, and say thanx for my fast efforts.

I just bought my pop c9 7047d a few months ago and my problems with phone is...everytimes I want captured a photo,my phone seem debugging...it's all the same problem when I tried to adjust the brightness too....another thing,its says the internal memory is 4gb...but mine just got 2gb....

press and hold the show , SwiftKey
push to settings
- sound & vibration
now unmark keypress sound
same unmark keypress vibration ,that's all.

hello, i have this phone, Alcatel One touch Pop C9 and there's issue on the messaging like HAPTIC sound / vibration every time I type. I definitely checked all setting and modified. but nothing has changed. please help me. thank you

do not let it go down by 20 %. Try if it works because for me it was ok.

pane, 06 Apr 2015I think you will not get an answer from him , so I give adv... morei just got my new Pop C9 yesterdag and tried to charged it for the first time for about 4hrs and it exceeds just up to 97% and not charging anymore. Just wondering if some of the users here experience the same? or is it defective? coz I still have the 7day warranty replacement so I can make use of it if this one has something wrong.

terence, 06 Apr 2015hey can you help me to solve my problem in charging the bat... moreI think you will not get an answer from him , so I give advice , do not emptying the battery , when the battery reaches 20 % put it to recharge. if it is not filled to 100 % is not a problem because new research shows that it is even better because each battery has a number of charge cycles and it is about 500 and counted only when it reaches 100 % , so if it is less then it does not count.

I dropped it hundred times but the screen didn't break. I had it for 18 months and dropped everyday and throw by my son too..

W... morehas two models of 'Alcatel OneTouch POP C9 7047A' - 7047D' is a difference in the model only for the working frequency 7047A - 850-1900-2100MHz
7047D - 900-2100MHz .
You can check for number on your box on the side for the model , or go to the setting , about phone , and there you can see the model number .
I think phone brand name you can not change your order . for bluetooth visible is possible to change that . But If you managed to change that, then the same route change the original name.
