turtlemike, 24 Jun 2014hi paris, i waited for only 5 days since its just a renewal... moreIt's said that sun cellular will and not replace the device if you broke it by accident. It will only be replaced if it has any factory defect. That's what they said when I got my unit.

paris, 23 Jun 2014thank you for your feedback, I am planning to upgrade my pl... morehi paris, i waited for only 5 days since its just a renewal of the plan. i haven't tried to install directly the app to the sd card but i can move installed applications to sd card. now my problem is i accidentaly broke the lcd of my pop c9,it is still working but with a long line of crack on the lcd, i hope sun cellular replaces it.

Dedge, 12 Jun 2014Same here, since I got mine it only stays 97% when I charge... more have the same problem. Do not worry, it's a small bug. Ov was happening to me only when I'm charging the battery - if the phone was switched off. When the phone was switched on, the battery charger is shown to a level of 100%. I have already contacted representatives of Alcatel.
Other features in this phone, really work. I'm pleased. I am a big fan of Alcatel mobile phones. Many, not to say almost everything I had, and the model C9, I can say that it is one of the better ones. The bug, of which I referred to earlier, will be corrected in the version that KitKat is preparing for this model.
