Be aware if you really want to buy this , i have this phone for about one year , the overall of this phone is quite ok but if you are kind of people like me who likes those Virtual Reality and 360 degrees video , don't buy this , pop c9 has no gyroscope sensor , so it can't view 360 videos in youtube but you can swipe at the screen and it is totally suck .My opinion...

hold down the volume up key and press power key at same time
until the screen lights up to boot the device with recovery mode ,
and then press volume up\down to select the wipe data factory reset.

I just bought this phone yesterday (model 7040E), i loved it, great image, great performance for my priorities, just talk =) and Clash of Clans. I installed Antutu Benchmark and saw that the phone has a Mali-400 GPU.. just one thing.. the wi-fi is wired. just some meter far from the modem and it loses its signal... what can i do?

Memory can not be used until the end
especially not internal memory because , need a place to update any application and need to locate the data that are stored ,
so delete some old applications that do not use or that you are not important
because this model has a small rom memory, and to provide external memory she will not allow you to install more applications or not to increase the phone's memory .
sd card is used for ; photo 's , music , video 's and some small applications, because the ones that he took more memory when you put them in the sd card that you can later cause problems

I could not download app Everytime i want to download application from app store.my phone always flashing that my phone storage is full,my default storage is my SD card and its not full yet everytime i check it.honestly alcatel phonesis so hard to manage with regards to matters can you please give me some tips!thanks.

I've taken a good care of my phone. never droppe it nor root it. I've been using it for almost a year now. probem started last month, phone would suddenly reboot all by itself. and now it's restaring every now and then. sometimes the logo alcatel pop c9 would just appear on and off so i can't use it anymore. i tried to reformat it thinking it could be a virus but the prob is still there. could it be the battery?

hold down the volume up key and press power key at same time
until the screen lights up to boot the device with recovery mode ,
and then press volume up\down to select the wipe data factory reset.
this will erase all personal data from internal storage.
if start then go to 'play store' and download ''stubborn trojan killers''
then run and kill trojans,
but if you do 'root'on your phone
then go to autorized service to install a new android software.

I have this fine for about 3 months. In pristine condition. However one day it started doing this thing where it closes any app I'm using. I've factory reset the fone four times and the problem still persists. At the moment I'm unable to use the fone.
