jas, 07 Jun 2015i cannot type anymore, cannot see the keypadI had problems with the keypad not showing up twice.
What you can try to do is:
1. Go to the setting on your phone
2. go to the backup and reset
3. Factory data reset (Before you do this, make sure you have everything saved on your micro sd and have everything backed up to your google play that saves all your apps you previously downloaded)

And the battery's longer than Samsung, just be careful though when you charge the phone's battery fot thr first time cuz my Alcatel's battery kinda affected due to overcharging its battery...
