Rift13, 06 Nov 2014Well its a great phone but when will they make cases for it.....Very nice phone... Only the battery stays less than 24hrs for slightly use. Cases are already available in stores.

The camera sucks. No focus and captures blurry photos of lectures/notes. Only good for selfies outdoors 😞🔫

Mine is fine ( 5038e model ). My bluetooth is always open due to boomband usage and the battery lasts for 2 days. System upgrade is already available that will fix the bugs.Fyi

The PopD5's Quad Core processor is diminished by its 512MB RAM. Though it runs the Mali 400 MP2 GPU, constant lag and buffers will prevent you from enjoying most apps that you would like to run. Multi tasking is a dream that didn't come true for this phone. Also it lacks a self refresh function once your network reaches bottom, meaning when you lose signal once, you won't have a connection anywhere you go. You have to manual refresh either by activating then deactivating Airplane Mode or Restarting your phone outright. The Boom Band is a lure for those bargain hunters who is out for freebies. Battery life for the POPD5 will not support the constant drain of the bluetooth device needed by the Boom Band.

DEX, 29 Oct 2014alcatel pop d5 or myphone RIO what is the best?Well the alcatel and my phone have same specs but if you want a 4.5 screen choose alcatel if you want a 5.0 screen choose my phone. They only have one difference the size.....

I saw that there is a system update (Over the Air, OTA) for my Pop D5 (Sun Cellular) but I haven't tried yet. Has anyone tried so far? What are the difference?
