Hi im using alcatel pop d5 and my phone keeps on restartungits because of stupid android updating please help it keeps on restArtinh

Hello guys,
My friend bought two from these phones and she had the following problem:
It's basically Dual-SIM and unlocked but her phones only accepts SIM card from the UK.
We've tried to put hungarian cards into it and it only detects the card name but can't connect to any of the network operators.

I am using alcatel one touch pop d5. It is okay to uninstall the pre-downloaded apps and games which i didn't used? Does it affect the performance or the program itself? I already had this phone reprogram twice because it doesn't work, it keep on restarting until on the alcatel logo. It happen after displaying the message "unfortunately the application stop unexpectedly".

not able to download applications has minimum memory space.It is very slow with the worst quality camera and does not have good battery. not forbear nor eight months. do not buy.

some apps from playstore crash everytime i try to open it especially holy knight,my friend also installed it on his phone but it never crash.
what im going to do to prevent crashing that apps?is there anyone there can help me?

When i first openned it i saw:
Battery problems / USB problems,
CPU problems,
...many more...
1.charging is very slow and when unplugged battery is drained 2x times faster than charging
2.when i open an app it auto-closes (High CPU usage)(87% CPU usage when idle)(and of course...it develops high tempratures)
I encounter problems every day!

Check the sim card.
I had the same problem.
1. I cleaned the sim and ensured that it fits well.
2. I use a Sony charger now. (the alcatel charger is in the bin)
No more restarting.

New update. My phone's batt charge goes from 0% to 1% only. Never reaches 2%.

Hi! Im using an alcatel onetouch pop d5 for almost 8 months now. Just had an issue last night when my batt got drained to zero. First thing I noticed, i kept hearing the shutdown / opening sound over and over again (not really sure if it was restarting or shutting down). Then when i took my batt off and put it back in, the opening / shutdown tone was gone. Next, I took my charger and plugged it in, now the screen just blinks. Its like its trying to restart but the charge is so low it couldn't. Tried to take the batt out and put it back in again hoping the blinking would stop but it didn't so i let it charge for a while. Now tje charge seems to be holding up but the batt charge indicator starts at 65% when it is charged off Then it just restarts over and over showing just from the OneTouch pop d5 logo up to the batt charge percentage only. So i kept it charged turned On. That's where i noticed that the batt charge indicator at the home screen isnt charging but its just draining from 65% (when i plug the charger in it starts at 65% BTW. Not 1%) how do i fix this? Please help. My batt still keeps on draining while im typing this post. If you could please shoot me an email on how to troubleshoot this issue. jdcanja.tpp@gmail.com..
