Guys I really need your help...my alcatels default internal memory is 4gb ...but then I factory reset it...and my internal memory becomes 1.85gb ...plss anyone help me

Went into settings so my phone could 'talk' (announce when someone calls). Now it will not allow me to undo this feature and the screens are not swiping/sliding any more. It's also no longer a "one touch". Help!!!!

After I make a phone call the words "Unfortunately, Dialer has stopped working." I stays on until I press "ok". This did not happen before. How do I get rid of this?

Hello... I an alcatel one touch pop d5..it disgusting that it can't charge during bad weather(cold), or rainy season even if it is on power... Plz advice more on what to do... Thanks

Hi ..habit disgusted,I HV Alcatel pop d5.it can't charge during poor weather,cold or rainny season.its battery keeps on draining even if its on the charge.plz advance me on what to do.....

mephisto, 23 Jul 2015When i try to open any application it said - "The app... moreHi mephisto?'The application has stopped working' has several possible solutions.However based on your question,if all apps have the above issue,you may want to try and delete unnecessary applications from your phone first to free up RAM/internal memory on your phone,restarting it and see if the problem persists.If that doesn't solve it, I would suggest you try and clear the cache especially for applications such as browsers which can be consuming significant memory on your device.Please note this usually deletes some information such as login credentials and progress made e.g in video games.The procedure is 'Settings'--'Applications'--swipe left till you reach the 'All' tab and scroll down to the application which just gave you the Application has stopped working error---Tap/click on it and scroll to 'Clear cache' to clear the applications cache.Hope it helps.

lucy, 18 Jul 2015When I'm texting my fone back in home menu how to fix it Hi Lucy?I may not have understood your question well,please expound.....however if you meant to say that your phone goes back to the home screen while you're texting,that usually happens when you press the Home screen button by mistake while typing a message so just try and be careful while typing to avoid such issues.Nice day

Hi?If you can hear other sounds e.g your phone alarm when it rings,phone ringtone when someone calls and audio from the Music player,the issue is not with your phone/manufacturer.It may be the video player application that you are using that has some issue.Try downloading/installing another video player such as MX player or VLC player from the Google Play store.Also do check if your phone is in silent mode.Regards
