Amazfit GTS 4 Mini arrives with a light and ultra-slim body
Amazfit launched the GTS 4 Mini - an ultra-light thin smartwatch with 120 sports tracking modes and promising battery life. The first market for the wearable is India where sales will begin this Saturday, July 16.
Amazfit equipped the GTS 4 Mini with a 1.65” AMOLED display that has curved edges on all 4 sides, bringing screen-to-body ratio to 70%. The wearable is also rated 5ATM for water-resistance, and has sensors on the back for monitoring of the heart rate, SpO2 (blood oxygen saturation), and sleeping patterns.
The watch can automatically detect seven sports and remind you to activate workout mode. It also supports the five major global positioning systems for precision tracking when outdoors.
The GTS4 Mini comes with a 270 mAh battery that should last for up to 15 days on a single charge or up to 45 days on battery saver mode, but that’s with the AOD turned off. Speaking of Always-On Display, a variety of watch faces come with a matching AOD design.
The wearable has a silicone strap that comes in several different colors - Midnight Black, Flamingo Pink, Mint Blue, and Moonlight White to make the smartwatch “a fashion statement that complements all outfits”.
The GTS 4 Mini costs INR6,999 (about $87), but that price is exclusive for the first day of sales. After that, it changes to INR7,999 ($100), which is still a pretty nice deal for a new Amazfit wearable.
