is the battery embedded with in the phone, do i have to always by its software(apps) like that of apple phones, and is it possible to produce another brand in market but this time round...a dual fire phone?

Can anyone help me! The photo and video take by fire phone is also 3D or not(only the user interface of fire phone is 3D)? i mean if open thoes files on other 3D device like 3D monitor or tv it will be also 3D?

Purchased thru a friend in the USA. Using it in Japan. No issues on the Softbank/Vodafone network. With the Google upgrade I now have full access to the Google play store.
For $189, its a great phone, one of the biggest bargains today. Some of the controls are a little messy and after using this for the past 2 months I am very comfortable with the Amazon Fire phone.
Comparison with the iPhone etc. is not valid as the price is 1/3rd.

Well this has been a love hate relationship over the last few days. I like the phone itself. Fast, good tech. and I got it at a descent price. I hear Amazon's working on a program called Amazon Unlocked that might offer Google apps. Would be a huge plus. My only real issue is that COLLEGES and students use Google apps forbadministrative communications & other stuff so I hope Amazon gets past this beef with Google b'coz that doesn't seem productive and our teachers and students would definitely benefit from it

Good to hear someone's happy with it even after paying too dollar. I don't think any phone is worth that much aside from some luxury lines. I purchased my Fire Phone at the discounted 189 unlocked. A few unsettling issues (regarding Google access and edu websites use of Google apps ... & mine) but I'm happy with the actual phone and capabilutues none the less.
