I picked this phone up from Amazon on sale $199 on sale and it included the year of Prime membership. Must say I'm very pleased with it. Everything works smooth without a glitch. I side loaded Google Play ànd sevices to expand my app market and it works likes a charm. The Mayday feature is pure genius. Firefly also is a nice feature. Beautifully built and feels premium.

isaiascn, 31 Dec 2014I have this phone (unlocked version) working 100% on Claro ... moreis your phone working on lte (claro dominicana republic)? If so how did you do it? I haved only been using it for a couple of days (with the nano 4g lte sim) everithing work but the LTE/4G signal is not detected.
Also there is a way to sideload google play and all the services, let me know if i can help you with that.

i am using it with airtel in chennai. it is working fine. able to use for calls as well as for data. but unable to use maps otherwise it is a very good phone. initially battery back up was less but by switching off dynamic perspecive it improved alot. now having very good back up.

Yes it is compatible with Nigerian sims.All you need is a nano sim from any Nigerian telecom coy.

Today i received my fire phone one my friend bought it from USA after installing sim card and doing start-up configuration my phone works without any problem, calls sms and internet is working without any problem (using Vodafone sim card). great phone with good build quality and great configuration.
