I am sorry, but this is just another overpriced, mess of a tablet like the last few.
I bought this from an official Apple store on November 21, 2020, and was so excited to use it. It also took me about 2 months of saving money and longer shifts just to make enough to buy this. So, I was pretty excited.
But, during December, it's bugging me to do an update. Everyday, I get asked to update about 10 times. So, on December 30, I decided to update. It finished about 20 minutes later, and it ran smoothly for ths first week and a half.
But, on January 11, I tried to turn it on, and it wouldn't. I kept trying for over an hour, and it turned on, just 40 minutes before our Zoom call. But, it bricked. There wasn't any touch response, and I was getting even more worried. Then, I left it.
After 20 minutes, I heard something drop in my room. And I found my cat on the desk, and my iPad on the floor. She knocked off the iPad from the desk, and the screen was cracked. Just my god fulking luck (censor due to policy violation, bleh bleh bleh). We had tile for floors, and it cracked pretty hard. Uhhhhhh...... so I took, it to the repair shop.
It took them 3 weeks just to try and fix a bricked and cracked iPad, but they couldn't so, I tried with 3 other shops in our city. And all 3 shops took over 2 months. Atleast 2 and a half weeks with each. Each shop had me call them at least thrice, and everytime, they would say something like "Oh, the screen replacement is still being shipped" or "We're replacing the hard drive since it was broken but it hasn't came yet". Uhhhhhhhh.....
On March 14, I gave up and just didn't ask people to repair it. Oh, and I had to take that call on my phone instead. It's such a hassle to just take the iPad to a repair shop. I tried turning it on, and the 3rd shop had put in the wrong screen since it was scratched and scaved. The 4th shop made it even worse. They replaced the screen, but they damaged the inside screen and had a whole section to the side just black. Ohhhhhhhh gooooooooood.....
I had a Galaxy Tab S3 before this and it's been dropped about 15 times when I had it. And it only suffered a small crack that one trip to the repair shop fixed. With this, just 1 drop, cracked. It bricked after an update, it only lasted for about 7 weeks, and I spent soooo much money on it. Well, fun while it lasted. Next time, I'll go with a Samsung tablet, cuz' on my experience, iPads do the worst.

Christopher, 21 Aug 2021Should i get an ipad8 now or wait for ipad9?If you are not in urgent to get it better just wait for Ipad 9 announcement, i used Ipad 8 myself and it is great but considering next Apple Event might come very soon and bring the news about it i suggest to wait for it first

Listened too much about this IPAD 10.2 .
Looks amazing with new upgrades .
Soon gonna buy this new IPAD 10.2 .
Once I receive will upgrade here in opinion .

No one should buy an iPad Air 2020. It is the biggest scam: its basically a normal iPad that looks like the iPad Pro lol. You're paying more for almost nothing more.
