Its pretty much the same story and it reads like this:
The usual annual absolute minimum upgrade from Apple,not much change or innovation.
Trend/fashion followers and easily lead people gobble it coughing up their cash.
Steve jobs laughs at them and rolls around in their cash yet again.
When will this horror story end? Will people ever see the light and realise this?
Thanks god for those in awareness better alternatives are becoming available in June as gsmarena pointed out.

You can do that with a tablet....and you can do it with style with a tablet called the iPad.
(in both cases you will not end up warming/burning your family jewels !)

You should see how crude and ugly the Galaxy Pad, Olive Pad, Streak (amen !) and the host of other crappads look in front of the iPad (go to some electronic store and see for your self)
The new crop of pretenders, Galaxy 10.1, Playbook, Xoom etc are no different when compared to the iPad 2 or as a matter of fact even the old iPad.
Higher RAM, faster processors etc are gimmick used by Samsungs, Motorolas etc to fool the buyers.
At the end of it what counts is the build quality of the product, the user experience and originality of the concept and there only Apple rules.

I am surprised to see that the iPad 2 has a rating between 5 and 6 !
I was once a big time Apple hater but eventually realized that Andriods, Windows, BBs etc all are trying to mimic the iOS and in general the Apple experience. I have since been using the iPhone 4 and the iPad and believe me that the experience is unmatchable.
I also have a Galaxy pad but the overall experience is no where near a iPad's.
With VLC player available for iPhone and iPad then problem of converting to mp4 etc is also over.
Use an Apple product with an open mind, ....without any preconceived bias ....and you will realize that the choice is obvious.

I do understand that its not a phone but still it has all the features just as ipad and other tabs

Hi I have one Critical Query on IPAD2+3G...
Does the IPAD2 Support GSM/2G Voice Calling as similar to iphone or any other smartphone... if yes then please suggest how to do it as i got the new brand ipad2+3G in my hand (India)...
Also what all is about MicroSIM Card . can i cut and insert my 2G Voice SIM in my IPAD and make a Voice call from a dialer...

camera is a joke :)Not really meant for serious photography obviously. Only group I can think of who would be upset is the Tablet Photography Club.
Otherwise, pretty safe to say that most who buy an iPad would have a smartphone with usable camera.
