Play several games most of the day, and stream tv shows/films from internet/lovefilm most of the evening. even with this still only down to 68% battery after 3 days

I wish to get iPAD 4 with Ratina Display Wi-Fi + Cellular bought from US as one of my uncle has gone on a tour. Just confused whether Cellular will work in India or not ??
Kindly suggest whether they will work with Indian cellular connections like Vodafone, Idea or Airtel ??

Guys I want to buy a tablet and am confused as to what to buy. Do u think the Ipad 4 is better than Google Nexus 10 and the Microsoft Surface tab with windows RT? What abt the ASUs Transformer pad infinity? I can do a lot with my phone online so the issue of cellular is not much of a problem. Please advice.
