I have ipad 4, and i wanna ask if the upgrade to 8.3 will enable the use of Siri natural language commands and dictation. And will it also increase or effect any change in CPU & GPU.

For example, my communications provider upgraded their phone app in order to allow its users to make calls via 3G/4G instead of wifi only. Therefore, it is possible. Verify if your operator has such an app for it.

I bought my ipad 4 last January 7, 2013 so i am using this now for 2 years.. From day 1 up to now i enjoyed using this a lot, in fact i love it.. I am an apps games addict and no regret i chose apple ipad 4.. Good job
