My iPad 4 is just a gaming console, I have It jailbroken using Pangu in IOS 7.1.2, I downloaded controllers for all, I am playing IOS games using my PS4 controller.

I had ipad 4 with cellular more than a week now and I'm really satisfied with all the features that it provides. Battery lasts long, have some overheating issues when charging but I guess it is pretty normal though :)
The display is great especially when watching HD movies.. Processor is very fast unlike android tablet which is a bit slow. Does not hang or lag. It's worth the money. It is just simply the best. I would definitely recommend it to everybody :)

My iPad 4 Wi-Fi has worked beautifully for me for as long as I've had it.
Occasionally, it hangs and sometimes there's some stupid errors but all in all it's an amazing experience for someone does not have a hands-on experience with any other Apple gadget. As good as iPad Air and a much better choice in terms of money.

im using it for last 6 months ....awesome resolution speed and battery. best tablet as of now...since ipad air has less battery...

No, this iPad in fact any iPad can not be used for calling. You can use for FaceTime calling if 3G is enabled and the peer would have any apple device with 3G/wifi enabled.
